• If we determine that extra leveling is needed, we will inform you of the additional cost. You may also reference to the options page for fees.
• If we determine that the shed/barn/garage is more than 100 feet away from your house, a generator rental fee will be added to the final bill. You may reference the options page for fees.
• Painting: The costs include the LABOR only. You must provide your own paint.
• If the shed/barn/garage is being constructed on a concrete slab, we must determine any issues via inspection prior to install.
• Any additional custom options requested after the work order has been initiated and the install has begun, the customer will be informed of the additional cost and expected to pay for those additional custom options PRIOR to implementation.
