The big barn have eight foot walls and a second floor. Access to the second floor is by a set of stairs placed in the inside corner of the building. The base building comes with four windows, a steal walkthrough door and a set of our double doors in the end of the building.
Prices subject to change based on lumber prices. Due to the COVID-19 many places are experiencing lumber shortages and price hikes.
The standard features are:
Cement blocks for leveling.
2×6 pressure treated floor joist 12 inches on center, placed on 4×4 pressure treated runners.
¾ inch tongue and grove plywood floor decking on both floors.
2×4 studs 16 inches on center.
T1-11 5/8 inch thick, exterior grade pine siding. With groves 8 inches on center.
2nd story floor joist 2×10, 12 inches on center for 16’ wide buildings or 2×12 16 inches on center for 18 foot wide buildings.
A wall, three feet from the back of the building to support the 36 inch stairs. The stairs have a corner landing and a four foot knee wall at the top.
4 vinyl windows 2 feet wide by 3 feet high.
A steel walk through door and our standard 5’ 6” double wooden barn doors

Additional charges will be incurred if:
Electricity is not available within 150 feet of the construction site. $75.00 per day generator charge.
Building materials cannot be delivered within 75 feet of the construction site.
If the site is more than 20 inches out of level. Leveling charges for additional blocks and labor are:
20″ to 24″ $150.00
24″ to 28″ $170.00
28″ to 36″ $200.00
If over 36″ Other arrangements must be made. A concrete slab is optional.
